What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@banksiahome.com.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few days longer for the credit to clear into your bank account.
